What is home-produced bakery?

"Home-produced" is a designation for any bakery that is operated in a non-commercial kitchen. Depending on the licensing, home kitchens may or may not use commercial equipment, and there are restrictions on what types of items may be produced and sold.

Is your bakery produced in an allergen-free facility?

No. Our bakery is produced in a facility that processes nuts, eggs, wheat, dairy and soy products.

Do you offer wedding cakes?

It depends on what you mean by "wedding cake"! While we love a beautifully decorated tiered wedding cake, it's simply not what we do. We do, however, offer lovely white wedding cake cupcakes (and other flavors) for the growing number of couples looking for something a little different on their special day.

Do you ship?

No. We are a delivery-only bakery. We deliver to Lake, Geauga and Ashtabula counties in Northeast Ohio. For a list of delivery communities, click here. We can also meet you at a location nearby if it's more convenient.

Can you make custom cupcakes?

Yes! We offer cupcakes for special occasions. Go to Shop, then Special Occasion Cupcakes to see our selection of exclusive designs for everything from birthday parties to seasonal celebrations.

Do you stock your bakery?

No. We are a custom-order bakery, which means that we only make what our customers order. We never stock bakery for later sale, so your order is always fresh upon delivery.

I have an event coming up. How far in advance should I order?

We ask that larger orders be placed at least 10 business days before the date of delivery. This ensures that all components of the design can be obtained (if necessary) and the order completed in time.

How do I schedule a delivery?

After you fill your cart, go to the My Cart page. Here you will be asked to provide your delivery date and address before checking out. Delivery cannot be made unless this field is filled out. If we do not receive this information then we will contact you within 24 hours to obtain it. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

How long does your bakery stay fresh?

We never use preservatives, so our bakery has a shorter "shelf life" than you might be used to with store-bought. We recommend that you consume it within 3 days at room temperature, 5 days refrigerated, or freeze for up to 2 months for best flavor.
